Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from clients and provide accurate and timely information
Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain a high level of knowledge about our services and properties in order to effectively assist clients
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs
Update and maintain client records in our database Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service
Meet or exceed daily call volume and performance metrics
Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Must be able to work full-time, including weekends and evenings if needed
