Our company is expanding and we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team.
Job Overview As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from potential and existing clients. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service and assist clients with their inquiries and concerns. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information about our company's services and products to potential and existing clients
Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met
Maintain and update customer database with relevant information
Handle and resolve customer complaints and escape issues as needed
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Meet and exceed individual and team targets and goals
Stay up-to-date with company's products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an asset
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
Real estate knowledge or experience is a plus, but not required
