Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner Provide information about our company's services and products to potential clients Schedule appointments for clients with our real estate agents Follow up with clients and potential clients to ensure their needs are being met Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and professional manner Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive overall customer experience Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals Qualifications
