Position: Call Center Representative

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from our clients and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information about the company's products and services to customers
Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a calm and professional manner
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, and update customer accounts as needed
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies when interacting with customers
Identify and elevate priority issues to the appropriate team member or department
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and building rapport with customers
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Continuously improve knowledge of company products, services, and procedures
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
