Key Responsibilities

Schedule appointments and property viewings for clients
Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are being met and address any concerns or issues
Maintain client records and update information as needed
Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and assist with any administrative tasks
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better assist clients
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
