Locum Physician - General Medicine in Houston, MO

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive interview-based exams and physical assessments including range of motion and muscle strength testing.
• Perform one-time non-treatment C&P exams and separation health assessments.
• Complete required reports and addendums promptly.
• Work on a PRN basis with the option to engage for days (4 hours) or full days (8 hours).
• Maintain thorough documentation and administrative work regularly.
• Provide care primarily in your own office within a 50-mile radius of Houston, MO, or at designated VES facilities.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted medical license in Missouri.
• Proficient in METs testing and evaluating and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions.
• Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Orthopedic Surgery.
• Ability to meet the physical and administrative requirements of the role.
• Must possess a personal laptop (non-Mac/Apple products).
• Willingness to complete DMA training to become DMA certified.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Must hold an active AANP certification.
• Valid license number and certification number required for submission.
• Must be certified to perform General Medicine exams.
