This role is pivotal in a complex, project-driven manufacturing environment, acting as a strategic business partner to support profitable growth, drive financial discipline, and enable sound decision-making. The CFO will lead all financial management and control activities, including accounting, financial reporting, and controlling, and will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Cross-functional collaboration is essential, as the CFO will partner closely with operations, engineering, project management, sales, and supply chain to support project profitability, cash flow discipline, and risk management.

Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or business, with a CPA being a plus. A minimum of 10-15 years of senior financial leadership experience is required, ideally in industrial manufacturing, capital equipment/machinery, and project-based or engineer-to-order environments. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial controlling, project accounting, and contract margin analysis, as well as experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Technical skills in ERP and financial systems, along with a strategic, business-oriented leadership style and the ability to influence across functions, are essential. The CFO must be a trusted partner to the CEO, functional leaders, and Group Headquarters, with a proven track record of balancing financial rigor with commercial pragmatism and effectiveness in international matrix organizations.
