Salary Range:
$54,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Lead and train a team of shipping and receiving personnel.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics to optimize material flow.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
Implement and maintain best practices for warehousing and material handling.
Recommended Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; some college or technical training preferred.
5+ years experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment; valid certification preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of shipping regulations, HAZMAT procedures, and international customs requirements.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) in a warehouse setting.
Ability to operate a reach truck or other specialized material handling equipment.
Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management.
Demonstrated ability to train and mentor team members.
