Job Overview
Governance & Risk Analyst – Human Capital Programmatic Evaluation & Compliance (Agency: NSF). Provide analytical support in the government and public services sector, focusing on HR modernization and federal human capital management policies. Work in Alexandria, VA (hybrid) and across the Mid Atlantic Region.
Responsibilities
Deliver innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation.
Enhance data‑driven decision‑making using role‑based advanced analytics and business intelligence.
Support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies.
Facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools.
Optimize service delivery through performance‑based outcomes and SLAs.
Analyze governance frameworks, assess risks, and support control implementation.
Produce documentation, insights, dashboards, and compliance evidence to support NSF decision‑making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in risk, governance, or related domains.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
Experience in federal human capital or HR technology ecosystems is preferred.
