It appears former Time Out president and Martha Stewart EVP Cyndi Stivers has been forced out of "green" media startup Blue Egg, where she's listed as CEO. A spokesperson told Keith Kelly that the company is in the process of being sold... The great Wall Street Journal migration looks set to run in both directions as those afraid of change flee, and outsiders and alumni spying fresh opportunities return. Paul Barrett is one of the latter, leaving BusinessWeek -- where he was recruited by editor-in-chief and WSJ alum Stephen Adler -- to rejoin the paper as a Page One ...
