It's all about succession plans so far this week, as rumors continue to swirl about the fates of top editors at The Washington Post and The Wall Street Journal, along with the new bean-counter in charge at Random House. The wackiest rumor first: Rebekah Wade, editor of London's The Sun, is evidently in the running for the top job at the WSJ. Considering her tabloid's typical daily contents, Rupert Murdoch would be better off just giving the job to Col Allan... Meanwhile, it seems executive editor Len Downie is being pushed toward the exit one centimeter ...
