Special issues: The July/August issue is the Annual Design Review, which features winners of the magazine-sponsored design competition. The December issue is the Sourcebook, which serves as a directory for the design world. Starting with the December 2003 issue, I.D. began publishing editorial content in the Sourcebook to make the issue more relevant to readers outside the design profession.
