It's a poorly kept secret in the magazine business that West Coast editors, like blondes, have more fun. (And perhaps that goes double if you're both.) Free from adult supervision on the opposite side of the country, ready to kick back at 3 p.m. every day when the New York office heads home (at least in theory), they have it good. This week's lottery winner in John O'Mahony, who's bolting the midtown offices of the New York Post (where it's currently snowing, again) for the West Coast bureau chief spot at Life & Style Weekly....
