How long have you been at Algonquin and how long have you been in publishing? I started at Algonquin in 1995 as I was finishing my Ph.D; I worked there first as an intern (yes, unpaid) while I taught at a local college. About a year after that, I became an editor. So I've been there going on 10 years now.
