TV trade mags have the revolving door spinning, with yesterday's changes at staples B&C and Multichannel News. Nikki Finke has the scoop: Max Robins, B&C's editor for three and a half years, is out, with Tom Steinert-Threlkeld in as editorial director at Robins' former gig and Multichannel News. Joel Topcik is the new online news editor at B&C, David Cohen, Multichannel's deputy digital news editor, becomes B&C's Web editor, and the job changes continue down those mastheads...
