MeiMei Fox's most recent job as the expedition writer for Alexandra Cousteau, granddaughter of the famous water explorer Jacques Cousteau, sounds like a dream gig -- and it totally was. Cousteau's passion is water and all of the issues that arise when there's not enough of it or it's polluted, so she launched the 100-day Expedition Blue Planet to raise awareness of water issues, and hired Fox to help document the adventure.
Fox has ghostwritten and edited several books, is nearly finished writing a memoir, teaches yoga, and is a life coach with two master's degrees in psychology. For Fox, the Cousteau project was an opportunity to blend her personal pursuits with her career experiences.
