Put away your summer whites for another year, because today is officially the start of fall. And you know what that means, don't you? It means Fashion Week starts on Friday. And you know what that means too, don't you? That Harper's Bazaar staffers are quitting in droves. The senior fashionistas left after the monstrous (but not nearly as monstrous as Vogue's) September issue shipped, and now the kids are leaving too. One of them, Alyssa Kolsky, is the new beauty editor of Vitals, replacing the departed Charlotte Rudge...
