If it's Tuesday, it must be time for a Radar update. The re-reborn magazine has landed its fourth publisher in its intermittent existence: Vogue executive beauty director Katherine Rizzuto. Before that, she had been publisher of Marie Claire, so it's no surprise she'd like to run her own magazine again.
