The Triple Door's Musiquarium squeezed over 100 media types into its lounge. New faces met familiar and fresh Seattle transplants mingled and traded restaurant recommendations with longtime residents. Despite a fish tank malfunction and a band delay, everyone seemed to start the new year on the right media foot. New book deals are in the works and a lot of folks have new jobs. So as the Seattle rain poured and wind howled outside, our group nestled in the dim bar and feverishly told their stories to one another.
