It was a mild L.A. evening when edit staffers from across the city convened at mid-Wilshire spot Chakra for some shoptalk to accompany their exotically flavored martinis. Heat lamps and 30 some-odd editorial folk ensured that everyone stayed toasty on the outdoor patio, while the restaurant kept party guests satisfied with plenty of gratis apps.
