Around 130 guests turned out for mediabistro.com's Freelancer Party at Bar 13 in New York on Tuesday, January 27. Guests enjoyed two-for-one drink specials and complimentary pizza. Greg Horowitz, mediabistro.com's membership director, gave a speech welcoming the guests and encouraging them to ask him questions and take advantage of Freelance Marketplace. We raffled off a FREE one-year Freelance Marketplace membership! The lucky winner, Titan Books editor Steve Saffel, kindly gave it to his freelance friend.
