Tribeca Cinemas was crowded with guests on Tuesday, December 9, where mediabistro.com held our panel, The Customer is the Company: How Social Media is Changing Business. New York media professionals listened to panelists Craig Newmark (Craigslist), Keith O'Brien (PR Week), Tony Hsieh (Zappos.com), Saul Colt (FreshBooks), Thor Muller (Get Satisfaction), Lynne D. Johnson (FastCompany.com) and Jeff Howe (Wired) as they spoke about social media's influence on the changing face of business.
