New York media professionals listened to panelists Craig Newmark (Craigslist), Keith O'Brien (PR Week), Tony Hsieh (Zappos.com), Saul Colt (FreshBooks), Thor Muller (Get Satisfaction), Lynne D. Johnson (FastCompany.com) and Jeff Howe (Wired) as they spoke about social media's influence on the changing face of business.
