Nikki Finke's got the scoop on Anne Thompson's move from The Hollywood Reporter to Variety, along with editor Cynthia Littleton. Littleton is the editor at THR but will be deputy editor for news development at Variety, and Thompson, FBLA has learned, will be deputy editor of Variety.com, working with Dana Harris.

Thompson's blog won't travel with her, but RiskyBusinessBlog.com will be launched.
