Ball Buster
Jon Weisman, of DodgerThoughts, didn't much care for Maura Dolan's piece on 28-year-old attorney Allison Margolin. OK, Weisman normally writes about baseball, but he's entitled to weigh in. He noted that everyone says "like" in the middle of their sentences. For a reporter to, like, quote someone saying "like," is just plain mean. Defamer took a different take to the story, focusing on the likelihood the young attorney's story will be turned into a movie by week's end -- particularly the scene where she and a client take a few hits on a bong to treat their "glaucoma."
