US Magazine Shares Misleading Joel McHale Headline

The headline reads: “Joel McHale: Not Allowed to Mock The Kardashians on The Soup.” But the text of the US Weekly interview article outlines something quite different:

“With the Kardashians, we’re not allowed to say they have a sex tape anymore because the network flips out.”

So McHale is still allowed to make fun of Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney, just as long as he doesn’t dredge up some ancient February 2007 business involving one-third of the gang and Vivid Entertainment. Bait-and-switch Internet headline notwithstanding.

Much more interesting is the celebrity who should have been in the US article headline. McHale tells the magazine Tyra Banks is the only show target who ever tried to get The Soup to drop her from the dishonor roll.
