Someone in the LA County Superior Court system must have a teenage son. Because TMZ is reporting that Judge Stephanie Sautner has just delayed Lindsay Lohan‘s jail sentence so she can pose naked for Playboy. LiLo’s Playboy contract is for a cool million bucks. She’ll be in breach of said contract if she doesn’t finish her shoot by the end of the week.

Radar Online reports LiLo has already shot a series of photos for Playboy, but the mag was not happy with what they got out of her. “Lindsay was told that the Playboy executives wanted to go another direction with her shoot so they asked her to come back for a second time,” a source told the website.

Here’s a thought Playboy: her pics probably didn’t turn out so well because she’s terrified of going to jail. Shoot her the second she gets out, when she’s sex-starved and happy to be free, and things will probably go more smoothly.
