Lisa Marie Sues Tim Burton–Alleges Conspiracy; Hopes to Buy Last Name
Lisa Marie, (nee Smith) the ex-girlfriend, muse and helpmeet of director Tim Burton, has decided that getting a lawyer is easier than getting a job, according to TMZ. He dumped her for Helena Bonham-Carter in 2001, and allegedly owed her some money then.
This suit seems to have been years in the making, as she was complaining in 2004. And then there was the yard sale.
So, now she’s convinced that her financial advisors, her lawyer and her friend, Cherry Vanilla, conspired with Burton to convince her that she didn’t have a case against Burton for lifetime support. Gee, was the Trilateral Commission involved, too?
