According to twitter.grader.com, Los Angeles has the largest number of Twitter users of any U.S. city. Worldwide, only London has more Twitter users than Los Angeles. Chicago comes in third, New York fourth, and San Francisco fifth. A list of the top 50 Twitter cities can be viewed here.

Found via LA Metblogs, who used the numbers as an excuse to tease the supposedly tech-savvy San Francisco. Good job, guys.
