Maria Shriver’s Friends Leaked Arnie Philandering Tip to LA Times
When LA Times reporter Robin Abcarian appeared on the Today Show last week to talk about breaking the paper’s big Arnold Schwarzenegger-baby story, she mentioned the paper got “a tip,” but didn’t go into more detail for obvious reasons. So how did the LA Times get its scoop on the Governator’s illegitimate love-child? TMZ says the leak to the Times was strategically planned by Maria Shriver and her closest confidants.
We’re told when Maria found out that Arnold was the father of Mildred Patty Baena‘s son, she was “hysterical” and wanted to hold a news conference blowing the lid off the scandal.
We’re told Maria’s friends talked her off a ledge and a plan was eventually hatched to leak the details to the LA Times and TMZ.
“And TMZ” huh? If we’re not mistaken, the LA Times broke the story. We’re guessing Maria’s friends may have “planned” to leak to TMZ, they just didn’t do it on this occasion. Which may be why the website used such a hideous photo of Shriver in its story.

Not cool guys.
