Picture Perfect: Sunset Magazine Seeks Deputy Art Director

Calling all creatives! Are you ready for a change? Sunset magazine is looking for a new deputy art director to join its Menlo Park, Calif. office.

The gig involves working closely with editors to conceptualize and package stories for all sections of the magazine. You’ll also help direct photo shoots and assign illustrations in this role. Those with top-notch typography design skills and a keen aesthetic are most wanted.

The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of magazine editorial design experience, preferably at a travel, food and/or home and garden publication. Of course, you should be and expert multi-tasker with masterful skills in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Interested? Dust off your portfolio and apply here.
