Rodale Inc. has named Allison Hobson Falkenberry VP of brand and digital communications. Falkenberry will now oversee the company’s corporate, brand, book, international, and digital media relations efforts. She will work under Rodale CMO and president of integrated marketing and sales Gregg Michaelson. Michaelson is confident Falkenberry will flourish in the new role.
Allison brings an unmatched knowledge of the media industry and a highly collaborative energy to our team. Across her six years at Rodale, she has helped drive results—from high-profile company partnerships to digital advancements to book sales—for just about every department of the company. I can think of no one more suited to lead our communications strategy with the press.
Prior to the promotion, Falkenberry was Rodale’s AVP of brand communications and worked with titles including Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Prevention, Bicycling, Runner’s World, and Organic Gardening. She also served as executive director of communications at Men’s Health.
