If hired, you’ll be responsible for creating first-rate special events to reach increased fundraising goals, and effectively position YMCA within the philanthropic community. You should be outgoing and able to develop and maintain relationships with leaders, including event chairs, co-chairs and honorees.

To be considered, you’ll need a minimum of five years of development experience with an emphasis on special event management. You should also have a proven track record in building, shaping and working within a sophisticated development structure, and maintaining long-term relationships with special event donors.
