Okay, snark aside, Mediabistro.com’s latest One Minute Mentor feature gets Kelly Cutrone to explain the best way to fire someone. If you have to, that is. Or if the employee annoys you. Or looks at you the wrong way.

I kind of Spider-Manned over the top of the railing, flew from the top of the railing of the duplex down, I kid you not, like Spider-Man really. And I was just like, “What did you just call me?!” And he was like shaking, and was like, “Ms. Thing, Ms. Thing.” I was like, “Bye, get your stuff, you’re rolled.” That was the first firing. I’ve gotten much better since then.
