The actual pink resume definitely caught his eye when it was handed to him at a recruiting event. So much so, this experienced recruiter is now advising applicants to do the same thing. Well, not exactly the same thing, but Chris says with all the resumes coming in, it’s important to make your application stand out. Catching someone’s eye isn’t all about experience these days.
