Sourcing With Shally On Fordyce TV

Thought we ought to link to this replay of Shally Steckerl on FordyceTV yesterday.

The video is just over 30 minutes long and covers Internet sourcing techniques, including what sites to search and how, to get job titles and contact info. Regrettably, the video includes quite a bit of Shally talking about something he sees on his computer screen, which you, poor viewer, can’t see. But that’s what makes this replay more valuable than the live feed from yesterday (we think): you can pause the vid, go to the website, figure out what he’s talking about, then start up the video again.

It’s a little dry if you aren’t in the business, but it does give jobseekers a little insight into how headhunters think.
