What Maybe Not To Do When You’re A Blogger-Finalist For Alicia Keys

alicia_keys.png
Alicia Keys and Monster.com have selected the final three candidates for head blogger at Keys’ IAAS.com (I Am A Superwoman).

The three finalists have been blogging at IAAS.com to showcase their voices and will be flying to London to cover Keys’ Black Ball. So you can go to the IAAS blog site and read what the candidates are up to: they’re blogging on essay-style prompts (“Why do you feel you could inspire others?” “What does style mean to you?”) but also leaving little personal tidbits about their lives. Much like a “regular” blogger should do.

Although if you’re competing in a high-profile contest with two others who are ultra-good (the contest attracted 8,500 applicants, so the final three have to be really good), you might not want to post about how you called out sick from your current job because you were so stressed out about applying for this new gig. Maybe just not wise. We dunno.
