‘Scientific American’ Launches a Blog Network

Scientific American has launched a network composed of 60 bloggers who will cover science, technology, and their relationship to global affairs from a variety of angles.

Bora Zivkovic, known for the site “A Blog Around the Clock” will moderate the new community with members including Jennifer Ouellette of “Cocktail Party Physics.”

The site is also adding three 38 blogs to its existing eight, among them @ScientificAmerican, which covers news and highlights from the outlet’s newsroom; “The Incubator,” featuring student work; and “Network Central,” with highlights from the network.
