’60 Minutes’ #2 Show For The Week
Helped along by a strong NFL lead-in from the Patriots-Broncos game, CBS’ “60 Minutes” was the second most-watched show on television last week. The program drew 18.47 million total viewers and finished in the top 10 for the sixth straight week.
The show featured Morley Safer‘s profile of Meryl Streep, as well as a report by Scott Pelley on urban blight caused by the housing crisis and a report by Anderson Cooper swimming with the sharks in a coral reef off Cuba.
