ABC News Expands ‘Hidden America’ Series

ABC News is expanding Diane Sawyer‘s “Hidden America” specials into a new series that kicked off on yesterday’s “World News.”

Sawyer has been doing “Hidden America” primetime specials since 2009. The series intends to spotlight untold stories of hardship from around the country. Reports from ABC’s anchors and correspondents will air on “World News,” “Nightline” and “20/20.”
