Adam Carolla on Piers Morgan: ‘We have chubby guy in his 50’s who we have never heard of fever!’

Comedian Adam Carolla appeared on Los Angeles station KTLA last Thursday, and talked to the hosts about CNN’s Piers Morgan‘s interview with Larry King.

“Who is Piers Morgan by the way and who decided in advance we are all in love with this limey?… Hey, we have chubby-guy-in-his-50’s-who-we-have-never-heard-of fever!”

The comments did not get by Morgan, who tweeted:

“This is hilarious. Watch @adamcarolla almost self-combust with fury at me landing the Larry King gig – http://tinyurl.com/4ejerxm”

Morgan’s executive producer Jonathan Wald also got into the game, tweeting:
