Ahead of ‘Where in the World’ Kickoff, Matt Lauer Shares Travel Tips with David Letterman

Monday marks the return of “Where in the World is Matt Lauer?,” which the “Today” show has resurrected after a three-year hiatus for November sweeps.  Lauer gave viewers a clue to his first destination on the show this morning: “It conjures up thoughts of a child’s worst fright, but there are no people to scare in this skier’s delight.” The “Today” show anchor also stopped by CBS’ “The Late Show” last night to share some travel tips with David Letterman. (Among them: “Get drunk before your flight, airplane booze is expensive,” and “Honeymooning with Kim Kardashian? Get refundable tickets.”) Watch:
