Bolling Back in Court

We hear the case of former CNBC Fast Money contributor Eric Bolling is back in court today. Since leaving CNBC, Bolling has made appearances on FNC, which may violate a six-month non-compete clause.

Meanwhile, Bolling gave his reasons for leaving CNBC to the blog The Big Picture: “I wanted you and your viewers (web, tv, print) to know that I left primarily because of the amount of time the show was taking from my family,” Bolling writes.
