Bolling Back on FNC

TVNewser noticed Eric Bolling back on FNC today. This would be his second appearance on the net since leaving a contributor spot with CNBC, while still under contract. He appeared on Your World with Neil Cavuto along with FBN’s director of business news, Alexis Glick. They talked about the market reaction to today’s UN scare.

Bolling has a six-month non-compete that apparently allows him to make “occasional, non-regularly-scheduled guest appearances on news and information programs.” Still, is that enough to keep the CNBC lawyers away?
