On his daytime talk show today, Anderson Cooper asks “Girls” actress Allison Williams what it’s like to watch the show’s sex scenes with her dad, NBC’s Brian Williams (an experience the “Nightly News” anchor once jokingly described as “unmitigated joy”).

Calling the experience “unique,” Williams said she’s very close with her parents and watches all the “Girls” episodes with them. She noted that they’re usually prepared for what’s coming because she lived with them last year while filming the show’s first season. “I’d come home from work and be like, this is what I did today,” Williams said. “How was the news, Dad?” Watch:
