Regis Philbin is making the rounds at NBC — literally. The former “Live!” host stopped by 30 Rock last week ahead of an appearance on “Rock Center with Brian Williams” and, calling on his experience as a former NBC Page, took over a guided tour of the NBC studios. In an attempt to find out where “Morning Joe” is taped, Philbin steered the group right into a live studio:
