While ABC broadcasts from the Newseum and NBC originates from its studio near Capitol Hill, CBS is broadcasting live from the DC offices of the Jones Day law firm on Louisiana Ave. The makeshift studio is just a block from The Capitol.

Last night, Katie Couric closed the CBS Evening News saying, “With thanks to the Jones Day law firm, for this view of The Capitol.” CBS News has used the location in the past. No word on how much the firm is charging, but we bet it’s an hourly rate.
