Al Roker was out patrolling the “Today Show” crowd this morning when he came across retired CBS Washington correspondent Phil Jones, who spent 32 years at the network. Jones was there with a sign announcing his son’s engagement. Roker quickly joked, “Too bad there isn’t a morning show on CBS that you could’ve announced that on.”
