“Celeb News Network” Rolls Off The Tongue

Phil Rosenthal‘s depiction of CNN as the “celebrity news network” was music to the ears of Fox News. This morning on Fox & Friends, Steve Doocy referenced it in his weather report — as in “hey, there’s Atlanta, the home of the Celebrity News Network.”

> Update: 1:59pm: An e-mailer asks: “Is Fox completely blind? They have a footballer (Tiki Barber) hosting a news program!”

> Also: Kiran Chetry pointed out that Cooper was on the cover of Vanity Fair while co-host Brian Kilmeade was on page 36 of In Touch magazine. According to an e-mailer, “Chetry, Kilmeade and Barber were discussing the Cooper/Jolie interview and how it was partly an infomercial for her charitable ventures…”
