Clint Romesha, Subject of Tapper CNN Documentary, to Receive Medal of Honor

This afternoon, President Obama will award Clinton Romesha, a former active duty staff sergeant was the subject of Jake Tapper‘s first CNN documentary, the Medal of Honor for valor.

In the documentary, Romesha talked with Tapper about his thoughts on receiving the award (watch below). “I was doing a job. And I know that there are so many great soldiers out there that would have stepped into my shoes and done the same thing. I just feel that I just did a job,” Romesha said.

Tapper and Wolf Blitzer will anchor CNN’s coverage of the Medal of Honor ceremony, which begins at 1:30pmET.
