CNBC Names New Vice President Of “Global Business Development”

Elisabeth Y. Sami, the vice president of business development for NBC Universal Americas, has been named vice president of CNBC global business development, Mark Hoffman announced today. “In this new role, effective October 10th, Sami will report directly to Hoffman. She will be responsible for leading CNBC’s business development strategy across all platforms including CNBC, CNBC Asia, CNBC Europe and CNBC World as well as spearheading CNBC’s Internet Strategy.”
